TRPN offers several repricing options for our clients’ claims adjudication needs.

               Internet / Web Repricing

Web repricing provides TRPN clients access to it’s repricing application via the internet. This option provides immediate turnaround for both professional and facility claims while eliminating both dial-up and long distance telephone charges.

TRPN clients enjoy state-of-the the art Web-based technology that allows them to enter and reprice claims, as well as, print out a one page document with the claim detail.

Real Time           Real Time

Real time repricing provides clients with a direct connection to the TRPN repricing system. Claims are transmitted electronically from the clients system directly to the TRPN repricing system. The system identifies and re-prices in-network provider claims while returning the re-priced claim back to the client within a matter of seconds. Both professional and facility claims can be re-priced utilizing Real Time technology.

This application significantly reduces administrative costs, as well as, maximizing efficiencies in the claims adjudication process

Electronic Data Interface (EDI)

EDI repricing is a paperless process that can reduce mailroom costs and delays. The adjudication process is streamlined and turnaround times are improved significantly. This application allows clients to submit and receive claims in the ASC X12 837/4010 format. Clients submit daily batch files electronically to TRPN. Turnaround time is typically 24-48 hours. Both professional and facility claims can be repriced through EDI. Conforms to HIPAA regulations.
